📋 Description

• Own the deployment journey from first process file to production workflow, with measurable fitness
• Drive organizational adoption by working across technical and business stakeholders.
• Configure and run Camunda clusters in local and cloud environments; debug integration failures
• Document best practices and build the deployment playbook.
• Contribute custom agents, integration patterns, and bug fixes back to the product.
• Hand off deliberately to customer teams, ensuring they can operate independently.

🎯 Requirements

• Enterprise production experience with large organizations and understanding of governance and
• Technical depth: ability to debug integration failures, write custom agents against legacy APIs
• Strong stakeholder communication across engineering, architecture, and business leadership.
• Practical AI experience in production, including context management, prompt engineering, agent
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to document learnings.
• Occasional travel may be required.
