Senior Forward Deployment Engineer

📋 Description

• Work with enterprise customers to refactor applications, migrate legacy databases, and optimize
• Prototype and build AI-powered features, leveraging LLMs and Generative AI frameworks to improve
• Apply modern software engineering practices to accelerate customers’ AI adoption, helping them
• Influence MongoDB’s AI and software development roadmap by sharing insights from real-world
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and customer teams to create scalable, resilient software

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of delivering impactful
• An engineering degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Network Engineering, or
• In-depth knowledge of AI/ML concepts, tools, and open-source development; experience designing and
• Proficient in test-driven development methodologies and familiar with monolithic vs. microservices
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex, “un-Googleable” challenges while
• Preferred qualifications: Academic research experience in parsing, AI/ML, or programming languages
