📋 Description

• Own outcomes for client-facing platforms end-to-end (web, mobile, APIs).
• Build platforms, not one-offs; onboard currencies/rails via adapters.
• Ship AI-native features; use AI tools to improve product and UX.
• Lead architecture and set long-term tech direction across teams.
• Manage full lifecycle from discovery to production ops and reliability.

• Strong CS foundation with deep data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Extensive experience building and operating large-scale production systems.
• Ability to design, write, and evolve high-quality software in modern languages.

• AI-native mindset; experience using AI coding tools and shipping AI features.
• Collaborative leadership; mentoring engineers; working English; fintech/payments a plus.
