📋 Description

• Own the relationship with budget owners.
• Run variance analysis by BU and department.
• Partner with Accounting and HR to ensure accurate expense classification and data integrity.
• Deliver strategic insights to senior management and Group Finance.
• Continuously improve reporting, streamline policies, processes and KPI dashboards, and drive

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Controlling, FP&A, Finance, or Accounting roles.
• Strong technical proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and Oracle or comparable Accounting
• Experience with Tableau or other business intelligence tools is highly desirable.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to challenge senior stakeholders constructively and to work effectively with
