• Own FP&A for Sales and GTM incentives; budget and rolling forecast
\n
• Support OPEX planning and tracking across budget, forecast, monthly performance
\n
• Lead monthly and quarterly budget vs actual reporting; present insights
\n
• Partner with leaders across GTM, Finance, Strategy, and BizDev as trusted advisor
\n
• Contribute to Melio’s revenue planning and forecasting; own your process piece
\n
• Build financial models for forecasts, scenario planning, and ad-hoc requests
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• 4+ years FP&A experience, fintech/high-growth ideal
\n
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets; build robust models/tools
\n
• Strong business acumen; translate levers into actionable insights
\n
• Proficiency with AI tools and automation for faster analysis
\n
• Track record owning end-to-end budget and rolling forecasts
\n
• Outstanding communication and senior stakeholder partnership
\n
