Senior FP&A Analyst

📋 Description

• Develop and monitor key metrics (ARR, bookings, EBITDA, Opex).
• Perform monthly/quarterly variance analysis vs budget and forecast.
• Build/maintain financial models for revenue, headcount, and opex.
• Manage planning, forecasting and reporting, including quarterly forecasts and the AOP.
• Ensure data accuracy and streamline inconsistencies.
• Identify actionable insights and influence decisions across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CFA/CPA/MBA a plus.
• Mastery of Excel and Google Sheets; dynamic models and sensitivity analyses.
• 3–5 years FP&A or related finance experience, preferably SaaS/tech.
• Experience with reporting, budgeting, and complex financial modeling.
• Organized, detail-oriented; able to handle changing priorities.
• Strong grounding in Ind AS, IFRS, or US GAAP.
• Familiarity with SaaS business model and revenue drivers.
