📋 Description

• Owns the core financial model (three-statement) and SaaS forecasts
• Builds valuations, scenarios, and pro-forma models for acquisitions
• Performs acquisition diligence and integration planning
• Delivers actionable insights to leadership and investors
• Pressure-tests assumptions and maintains model integrity
• Uses AI tooling to speed analytics and validation

🎯 Requirements

• Financial model ownership; three-statement and SaaS revenue recognition
• Forecasting with bottom-up and driver-based SaaS metrics
• Acquisition valuation, diligence, and integration modeling
• Business acumen: revenue drivers, costs, operational levers
• Financial systems & AI tooling; Excel and Google Sheets mastery
• Strong communication to execs, board, and investors
