• Owns core financial model (three-statement + operating model) for SaaS forecasting.
• Builds valuations, scenarios, and pro-forma views for acquisitions and due diligence.
• Maintains accuracy and integrity of outputs; translates numbers into actionable recommendations for
• Pressure-tests assumptions and leverages AI and modern tooling to improve analysis and cycle time.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced financial modeling skills with three-statement and operating models; SaaS revenue
• Bottom-up forecasting, driver-based long-term modeling, and SaaS unit economics.
• Acquisition modeling, integration planning, and due diligence experience.
• Strong business acumen: understanding how revenue drivers and cost structure impact profitability.
• Proficient in financial systems, AI tooling, Google Sheets and Excel.
