Senior FP&A Analyst

📋 Description

• Build and own financial models and forecasting infrastructure as we scale.
• Drive investment decisions using unit economics and cohort trends.
• Automate manual reporting with AI, turning recurring asks into self-serve dashboards.
• Partner cross-functionally on strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Sharpen forecast accuracy and improve margins with visibility into drivers.
• Move from analysis to action by implementing data-driven improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or similar; startup a plus.
• AI-forward, with a track record of automating workflows or building tools.
• Strong modeling skills for forecast accuracy and dynamic scenario planning.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, QuickBooks (or ERP), and Claude Code; SQL or Sigma a plus.
• Skilled at cross-functional partnership to translate plans into action.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
