Senior FP&A Analyst / Finance Business Partner

📋 Description

• Own annual budgeting and quarterly/rolling forecasts with dept leaders
• Build/maintain P&L, headcount, Opex, cash flow models
• Analyze budget vs actuals; explain variances; provide recs
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, Engineering
• Highlight sales pipeline, coverage, weighted forecasts, commercial indicators
• Analyze channel/partner profitability, margins, ROI

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in financial analysis, FP&A or related discipline (B2B)
• Hands-on budgeting, forecasting, modeling
• Experience partnering with commercial/operational teams
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear narratives
• Excellent communication; can challenge stakeholders constructively
• Strong analytical curiosity and driver-based thinking
