Senior FP&A Analyst / Finance Business Partner

📋 Description

• Own budgeting process and forecast cycles with department leaders
• Build models for P&L, headcount, Opex, cash flow, etc.
• Analyze budget vs actuals; explain variances with recs
• Partner with Sales, Ops, Product, Marketing, Eng on planning
• Develop visibility into pipeline performance and commercial metrics
• Analyze channel profitability, margins, ROI

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in financial analysis, FP&A or related
• Hands-on budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling
• Experience partnering with commercial/ops teams
• Translate complex data into clear business narratives
• Strong communication; challenge stakeholders when needed
• Analytical curiosity; dive into drivers behind results
