Senior FP&A Analyst / Finance Business Partner

📋 Description

• Own budgeting, forecasting cycles with department leads
• Build financial models: P&L, headcount, opex, cash flow
• Analyze variances and provide actionable recommendations
• Partner with Sales, Ops, Product, Marketing, Eng
• Visibility into sales pipeline and commercial indicators
• Monitor SaaS metrics and core unit economics

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in financial analysis/FP&A in B2B
• Hands-on budgeting, forecasting, modeling experience
• Experience partnering with commercial/operational teams
• Clear storytelling of financial data; strong communication
• Analytical mindset and curiosity; challenge stakeholders
• Advanced Excel; familiarity with BI tools
