Senior FP&A Analyst / Finance Business Partner

📋 Description

• Own budgeting and forecasting cycles with department leaders
• Build financial models for P&L, headcount, opex, cash flow
• Analyze budget vs actuals and provide recommendations
• Finance partner for Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, Engineering
• Assess sales pipeline, channel profitability, and ROI
• Prepare management and investor materials

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in financial analysis, FP&A or related role
• Hands-on budgeting, forecasting, and modeling experience
• Proven partner to commercial/operational teams
• Strong ability to translate data into business narratives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Advanced Excel; understanding of SaaS metrics
