Senior FP&A Manager

📋 Description

• Board & Executive Reporting: contribute to board materials.
• Support the CFO for board meetings and external communications.
• Lead rigorous business cases for major investments and partnerships.
• Stress-test financial models and present go/no-go recommendations.
• Own long-range planning and multi-year financial models.
• Redesign budgeting/forecasting processes and deploy planning tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years FP&A, consulting, or investment-facing roles.
• Proven track record presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Experience designing finance processes and AI implementation.
• Accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) preferred.
• Intellectual firepower and strategic commercial acumen.
• Storytelling and influence without authority.
