(Senior) FP&A Manager

📋 Description

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly and quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning
• Translate financial and operational performance into actionable insights through variance analysis.
• Partner with commercial, operational, functional, local finance, and group finance teams.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting packages.
• Ensure alignment between local German reporting requirements and group-level expectations.
• Drive continuous improvements across FP&A processes, planning tools, data quality, and

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, controlling, corporate finance, or
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, and variance
• Good understanding of the relationships between the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and
• Advanced Excel skills and practical experience with ERP, financial planning, and reporting tools.
• Strong commercial mindset, analytical capabilities, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English is required; MBA, CFA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent is a strong asset.
