(Senior) FP&A Manager

📋 Description

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Translate financial performance into insights via variance analysis.
• Partner with commercial, operational, and finance teams.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and reports.
• Ensure alignment between local German and group reporting requirements.
• Drive continuous improvements in FP&A processes and tools.

🎯 Requirements

• ~7 years in FP&A, controlling, or corporate finance.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Strong understanding of balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow.
• Advanced Excel and ERP/financial tools (NetSuite, Power BI, etc.).
• Strong commercial mindset and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; MBA/CFA/ACCA/CIMA is a plus.
