📋 Description

• As a Senior FP&A Manager, drive financial visibility and strategic decisions.
• Partner with leaders to inform forecasting, planning, and resource allocation.
• Transform data into stories, frameworks, and actionable recommendations.
• Help build scalable FP&A processes to support growth and scale.
• Provide insights to guide investments and ROI.
• Collaborate with R&D and G&A to align metrics and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years FP&A experience in high-growth SaaS or tech.
• Direct partnership with VP/C-level executives on strategic planning.
• Advanced financial modeling in Excel/Google Sheets.
• FP&A systems (Abacum, Anaplan, Adaptive) and Looker.
• Deep SaaS metrics knowledge: LTV/CAC, Rule of 40.
• IPO readiness or pre-IPO experience and investor-grade processes.
