Senior FP&A Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as primary finance partner to R&D and G&A leaders.
• Lead planning, forecasting, investment analysis, and decision support.
• Partner with executives to align financial plans with strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, IT, HR, finance, legal, and facilities.
• Drive cross-functional decision making and resource allocation.
• Identify improvements to FP&A processes and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
• 8+ years FP&A, corporate or strategic finance
• Experience supporting R&D, Engineering, Product Development, or G&A
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of operating expense management, workforce planning, and budgeting
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional leaders without direct authority
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
