Senior FP&A Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 6+ years FP&A, IB, or PE/VC experience
• Experience in SaaS or high-growth tech; strong ARR/SaaS KPI fluency
• Familiar with variable commission plans and sales concepts
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder influence across GTM, Ops, and G&A
• Clear communication of complex financial concepts to leadership
