Senior FP&A Manager - Marketing

📋 Description

• Drive n8n’s annual planning and regular forecasting process for Marketing end to end, from top-down
• Partner with Marketing budget owners across demand generation, brand, community and DevRel, product
• Own program spend with the same rigor as headcount, including agency and media contracts, event and
• Model demand creation, signup and MQL volume, activation, qualified opportunity, conversion, and
• Translate funnel and channel levers into the demand assumptions behind n8n’s integrated top-line
• Assess CAC and payback, conversion, pipeline contribution, and expected versus realized ROI using

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance, ideally in a fast-paced technology or B2B
• Led complex, multi-entity, multi-stakeholder annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Deep demand-side finance partnering experience in either a self-serve/PLG funnel or an
• Fluent in CAC, CAC payback, blended versus paid CAC, CLV/CAC, pipeline attribution, funnel
• Built and defended investment cases for brand, community, content, or similar spend that will never
• Comfortable owning a budget weighted toward program spend, including commitments, phasing, agency
