Senior Fraud Risk Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams to design effective fraud controls
• Develop and execute fraud strategy and operational execution for UK and EU Banks
• Oversee end-to-end design and rollout of strong fraud control framework and prevention tools
• Lead threat intelligence and performance analytics to detect and respond to new fraud trends
• Coordinate cross-functionally to keep initiatives aligned and on track
• Coach, mentor, and grow a high-performing fraud risk team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience leading fraud strategy and risk teams, ideally in a regulated environment
• In-depth knowledge of UK and EU fraud regulations
• Skilled at building tech-driven fraud strategies that scale
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end projects and large-scale change programs
• Stay plugged into industry trends and quick to respond to new fraud risks
• Adept at balancing fraud risk with business goals
