📋 Description

• Execute sourcing strategies focused on passive candidates for timely hires
• Collaborate with Recruitment Relationship Manager to refine strategy
• Source profiles via portals, databases and networking
• Use internal databases to identify candidates and post jobs
• Call US candidates to discuss openings
• Pre-screen to ensure candidates meet skill and fit

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent or near-native French; read, write and speak
• Bachelor's degree and advance diploma in French
• Average of 10th, 12th (PUC) and UG >60%
• Ability to learn and adapt to new skills
• Strong written and oral English communication
• Ability to recruit with urgency and meet targets
