🎯 Requirements

5+ years building complex web applications or front-end infrastructure
Framework-author-level depth in React or comparable system: rendering internals, concurrency
Experience building real-time collaborative or streaming interfaces: multiplayer editing, live
Strong design instincts and a record of shipping fast, beautiful interfaces
Comfortable owning the whole surface alone at first: build tooling, testing, performance budgets
