📋 Description

• Build and lead complex front-end features with React, TypeScript, and Tailwind
• Drive architecture and decisions around shared UI libraries and front-end performance
• Partner with Design to deliver intuitive, accessible experiences
• Help scale our apps across web, mobile (Capacitor), and desktop (Electron)
• Collaborate with Product, ML, and Back-End teams to ship full-stack features
• Mentor engineers and contribute to team-wide best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend or full-stack with modern web tech
• Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, CSS architecture, and performance
• Design systems mindset; build for reusability and consistency
• Thrive in cross-functional environments; turn user needs into polished UI
• Write clean, maintainable code and help others do the same
• English communication; Bonus: mobile apps, Electron, accessibility, healthcare
