Senior Front-End UI/UX Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain accessible, user-centered interfaces for enterprise apps
• Translate business needs into polished front-end experiences
• Apply UI/UX principles, visual hierarchy, usability, and responsive design
• Ensure web accessibility per WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and Section 508
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to validate solutions
• Independently contribute to modernization of legacy front-end components

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, HCI, Design, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in front-end/UI development
• Strong HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery with semantic markup
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC 5, C#, RESTful APIs, and SQL Server
• WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA accessibility, ARIA, keyboard navigation
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; familiarity with UX tools a plus
