📋 Description

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain accessible, user-centered interfaces for enterprise apps on
• Translate requirements into clean, maintainable front-end experiences.
• Apply UI/UX principles: IA, interaction design, visual hierarchy, usability, responsive design.
• Ensure web accessibility per WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and Section 508.
• Apply semantic HTML, ARIA, keyboard navigation, focus management, accessibility best practices.
• Test interfaces with assistive tech (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver) as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, HCI, Design, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent.
• 5–8+ years in front-end/UI development.
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery proficiency with semantic markup.
• UI/UX principles: IA, interaction design, usability, user-centered design.
• WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and Section 508 accessibility testing experience.
• ARIA, semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, focus management, accessibility testing with assistive
