📋 Description

• Build, scale, and evolve the design system, component library, tokens, docs, tooling
• Develop AI-assisted development system for coding tools and agents
• Design robust component APIs for human and AI developers
• Write high-quality React/TypeScript frontend code with strong standards
• Partner with design, product, and engineering teams from concept to production
• Build accessible components following WCAG 2.2 AA and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering, 3+ years senior level, frontend platforms or shared UI systems
• Ownership of a design system or component library across products/teams
• Expert HTML/CSS/JavaScript/TypeScript, strong React experience, modern tooling
• Strong API design, shared-library versioning, developer experience
• Interest in AI-powered tooling for components and libraries
• Responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, performance, accessibility
