📋 Description

• Lead frontend work on Voice Communication to boost DAU.
• Architect a scalable voice client foundation for company-wide adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years frontend or client engineering experience.
• Experience with React/Redux and React Native on iOS/Android.
• Performance-focused with memory management and rendering optimizations.
• Real-time communications expertise (WebRTC or similar).
• Experience with AI-assisted development to accelerate prototyping.
• Technical leadership; mentor engineers and drive design reviews.
