Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
Familiar with A/B testing (Bonus).

🎁 Benefits

Annual base pay range: $197,000 – $243,000 USD.
Equity compensation and benefits as described on Roblox total rewards.
On-site schedule: Tue–Thu; optional presence on Monday/Friday.
