Senior Frontend Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Gain deep understanding of ad tech and standards (OpenRTB, MRAID, VAST).
• Design and lead frontend solutions for ads globally, focusing on performance.
• Write, test, and deploy robust, well-documented JavaScript/TypeScript code.
• Develop monitoring to track reliability and viewability.
• Collaborate with Ads Layouts specialists and backend engineers for data flow.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership: planning, scoping, and reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience developing complex web software.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, browser APIs, and build tools (Webpack, Vite).
• Strong Web Performance optimization techniques and advanced loading strategies.
• Solid knowledge of Internet protocols (DNS, HTTP, cookies, etc.).
• Ability to observe, monitor, and analyze production systems and derive insights.
• Understanding of full-stack concepts, including backend APIs and CI/CD pipelines.
• C1 level in English and Polish.
