🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience
• Experience in fulfillment, logistics, and supply chain recruiting
• Strong ability to source, engage, and build relationships with high-volume candidates (warehouse
• Knowledge of the Columbus labor market, including nearby fulfillment and manufacturing employers
• Ability to establish trust and credibility with hiring managers
• Passion for creating an exceptional candidate experience
