📋 Description

• Lead high-impact Lean Six Sigma initiatives across fulfillment operations
• Standardize procedures to improve consistency, reliability, and efficiency across centers
• Manage end-to-end improvement projects from opportunity through sustainment
• Design pilots to validate improvements before deployment
• Collaborate with engineering/operations to enhance automated systems and workflows
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for senior stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Green Belt or Black Belt Six Sigma or 3+ years Lean Six Sigma in complex ops
• Proven experience leading end-to-end improvement projects with measurable outcomes
• Strong knowledge of process improvement, root cause analysis, and problem solving
• Experience with statistical tools (e.g., Minitab), process capability, hypothesis testing
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication to executives and non-technical audiences
