📋 Description

• Making Safety Non-Negotiable: Hold the safety standard at every site you support. Quickly assess

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in fulfillment, manufacturing, or distribution (e-commerce preferred)
• 5+ years of management experience, including leading Area Managers or other salaried leaders across
• A track record of building safety-first cultures
• Proven ability to develop and promote entry-level talent, with experience managing individual
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or an analytical Business field, or equivalent
• Proficient in Excel, forecasting, and scorecard and dashboard performance management; experienced
