📋 Description

  • Take ownership of the existing internal CRM across the Node.js and Express backend and React
  • Audit the existing codebase to identify gaps, bugs, technical debt, security risks, and incomplete
  • Build a clear plan for completing and stabilizing the CRM after reviewing the existing architecture.
  • Develop, test, and maintain features across lead management, communications, agent workflows
  • Debug and resolve issues affecting live applications.
  • Maintain and improve AI functionality using OpenAI and Anthropic APIs.

🎯 Requirements

  • Senior-level full-stack software engineering experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Express, React, and MongoDB.
  • Experience taking over, auditing, and improving an existing production codebase.
  • Experience building and maintaining secure, multi-tenant applications.
  • Hands-on experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, or comparable LLM APIs into production products.
  • Experience with GitHub, CI/CD, production deployments, and debugging live applications.
