📋 Description

• Conduct discovery sessions to define solution approach and estimates.
• Break down backlog items into tasks; assign ownership; deliver on time.
• Mentor and support team members to foster collaboration.
• Build apps with .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, and ReactJS + TypeScript.
• Use Azure DevOps and Git for CI/CD and deployments.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure delivery excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CS with 8+ years' exp, incl. 4+ years leading teams.
• 6+ years building enterprise apps with ASP.NET Core, C#, Web API, Azure & SQL Server.
• ReactJS with TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Redux Toolkit.
• Strong OOP, SOLID, design patterns, SPA frameworks.
• Unit tests with xUnit; Jest/RTL for frontend; EF Core & Dapper.
• Azure cloud services; CI/CD with Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions; microservices.
