🎯 Requirements

5+ years of software engineering with strong full-stack experience.
NestJS and React expertise; cross-stack decisions.
RESTful API design and data modeling skills.
DB knowledge: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
Front-end architecture, state management, performance optimization.
Git workflows, testing across front/back; English and Portuguese fluency.
