7+ years of software engineering experience
Strong hands-on coding in typed OOP languages: Java, C#, TypeScript, Go, Kotlin
Experience building modern front-end apps and backend APIs/services
Design production-grade architecture across frontend, backend, data, and integrations
Lead technical work for a small team or own a major feature area
Familiarity with AI patterns: tool calling, prompts, context management
