Senior Full Stack Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead the design and delivery of large or ambiguous end-to-end initiatives across frontend and
• Develop product experiences using technologies such as TypeScript and React, along with services
• Translate customer problems and product goals into thoughtful technical designs, clear tradeoffs
• Own work from discovery and design through implementation, launch, measurement, operational
• Partner with Product, Design, Data, and engineering leaders to balance usability, accessibility
• Establish patterns and practices that improve consistency, maintainability, developer experience

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and operating production web applications, with a track record of
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects across frontend and backend layers, including
• Strong experience with a modern frontend framework such as React and a typed language such as
• Strong backend experience designing or operating APIs, services, data stores, or asynchronous
• Experience with a backend language such as Go, Python, Rust, or an equivalent language. (Most of
• Sound judgment across architecture, user experience, accessibility, performance, reliability
