🎯 Requirements

• 5 years professional software engineering including a mix of frontend and backend experience, with
• Extensive professional experience with Node.js and microservice architecture; familiarity with Ruby
• Strong SQL and data modeling for experience (Postgres, Snowflake).
• Hands-on experience with async/event-driven systems (Kafka) and microservice architecture.
• Proven track record designing and owning observability/alerting for critical systems.
• Mastery in building, debugging, and scaling distributed systems.
