Senior Full Stack Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and test APIs and services powering RoadieXD
• Develop internal and customer tools in React to scale cross-dock ops
• Partner across Engineering, Product, and Operations to deliver features
• Influence architecture and design for scalability, reliability, and performance
• Write clean, maintainable code with automated testing and reviews
• Continuously improve systems for performance, developer experience, and maintainability

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience building scalable, distributed systems and APIs in production
• Proficiency in a backend language (Go, Ruby on Rails, Java, C#, Python) and React
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining reliable, well-tested software
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical challenges
