Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Backend Leaning)

📋 Description

• Design and build features end to end, from the domain model and API to the screen, with product
• Own the hard parts of the back end – data models, service boundaries, event flows, and integrations
• Build with AI coding agents daily, holding their output to the same standards as hand-written code
• Review code carefully, catch design problems early, maintain type honesty, and design out bug
• Move across product areas as priorities shift, ramp up quickly, and document learnings
• Mentor engineers and help shape AI-assisted software development practices

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of shipping production software across the stack with backend depth
• Strong fundamentals in system design, clear interfaces, type safety, and well-chosen tests
• Professional experience in at least one statically typed language (Java, C#, Go, Kotlin, Scala, or
• Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools with discipline to review and own their output
• Comfort exploring unfamiliar domains, asking good questions, and quickly identifying real
• Habit of explaining decisions in writing (design docs, clear PR descriptions, decision records)
