📋 Description

• Ship full-stack features end to end, from design through production and metrics.
• Build Python backend services powering features and keep them reliable at scale.
• Collaborate with PM and design to decide what to build and cut scope quickly.
• Keep existing systems healthy with maintenance that protects velocity.
• Set technical direction on projects, from architecture decisions to sequencing.
• Raise engineering bar via code review, design feedback, and standards.

• You've shipped full-stack features end to end, from problem definition through production.
• You write strong backend code in Python and are comfortable across the full stack.
• You think like a product person: justify feature value and success metrics; tradeoffs.
• You've raised the technical level of a team through architecture, review, or mentoring.
• You move fast and hold a high bar.
• You've built in React or a similar frontend framework.
