• Funnel Optimization: design, build, and scale onboarding, checkout, and donation flows.
• Onboarding & Acquisition: personalize onboarding and marketing messaging to boost activation.
• Experimentation & A/B Testing: plan and deploy A/B/multivariate experiments.
• Subscription Engine Integration: integrate Zephr paywall and BlueConic for entitlements.
• API & Systems Connectivity: build and secure APIs and microservices for growth features.
• Personalization & Predictive Logic: deploy next-best-action models and data pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expert React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Modular APIs and third-party integrations.
• Growth-focused: onboarding, checkout, donation flows.
• Experience with A/B testing and data collection.
• Nice-to-have: paywalls (Zephr/Piano) and CDPs (BlueConic).
