• Funnel Optimization: Design, build, and scale onboarding, checkout, and donation flows.
• Onboarding & Acquisition: Personalize onboarding experiences and automated marketing messaging.
• Experimentation & A/B Testing: Plan and deploy A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Subscription Engine Integration: Integrate Zephr and BlueConic for entitlements.
• API & Systems Connectivity: Build and secure APIs and external integrations.
• Personalization & Predictive Logic: Deploy next-best-action models and data pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering in high-traffic environments.
• Front-End Mastery: React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript; web vitals focus.
• Backend & API Systems: Modular APIs and secure backend integrations.
• Growth Architecture: Experience with transactional flows and payments.
• Testing Rigor: A/B testing and cohort tracking expertise.
