🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering in high-traffic environments.
• Expert React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Backend APIs and third-party middleware integrations.
• Growth-focused architecture: payments, donations, conversions.
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven experiments.
