📋 Description

• Build and scale real-time data products end-to-end for Evolution Innovation.
• Design features across the stack: streaming ingest, APIs, data models, and frontends.
• Work with high-throughput, real-time data, focusing on performance and reliability.
• Evaluate and introduce Go for performance-critical services.
• Own production code, deployments, and infrastructure as code.
• Help shape platform direction, tooling, and architectural decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience, strong in TypeScript/Node.
• Full-stack capability: UI (React) and backend APIs without waiting for others.
• Solid SQL and PostgreSQL skills with AWS production experience.
• Go experience is a strong plus; stack is TypeScript today with Go to come.
• Comfort with ambiguity, self-scoping work, and delivering fast.
• Collaborative, driven, and ego-free mindset.
