Senior Full Stack Engineer II

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional initiatives delivering user-facing features end-to-end
• Define frontend standards for Vue 3/React with TypeScript; promote patterns, budgets, WCAG
• Design and evolve GraphQL schemas and APIs to match product workflows
• Build backend changes in C#/.NET or Node.js; update data models in Postgres/MongoDB
• Mentor engineers via pairing and code/design reviews to drive standards
• Participate in on-call and incident response; drive root-cause fixes with security-by-default

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years building and shipping web products across frontend and backend
• Strong frontend experience with Vue 3 and/or React + TypeScript; accessible UI (WCAG)
• Experience defining or evolving state management, component architecture, design systems
• Backend and data experience designing GraphQL/REST APIs; services in C#/.NET and/or Node.js; Postgres/SQL + MongoDB
• Experience operating production services in AWS
• Proven track record leading cross-team execution and mentoring
• Hands-on experience using AI agents for production delivery; validating AI-generated code
