Senior Full-stack Engineer - Payroll Software

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain full-stack features across frontend, backend, database, and system
• Own feature delivery from design through production, making key technical and architectural
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and remote team members to gather requirements and deliver
• Design and implement integrations with payroll, billing, HR, and third-party enterprise systems.
• Solve complex technical challenges balancing scalability, performance, and business priorities.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding and productivity.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong full-stack experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, modern frontend frameworks
• Experience designing APIs, integrations, authentication, webhooks, and enterprise system
• Solid SQL expertise: schema design, optimization, migrations, performance tuning.
• Ownership of features from requirements through production, including architecture decisions.
• Experience writing automated tests, debugging, and supporting production apps in startup/small-team
• Spanish and English proficiency for client/stakeholder collaboration.
