Senior Full Stack Engineer - Team Lead

📋 Description

• Lead a small engineering team across multiple initiatives while staying hands-on.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives with clear acceptance criteria.
• Own delivery tracking via Jira and Confluence; align stakeholders on status and risks.
• Design and build robust GraphQL and REST APIs and scalable backend services.
• Write production code across frontend (React, TS) and backend (Node.js, SQL, GraphQL, REST).
• Develop data ingestion workflows and ETL-style processing with downstream integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as software engineer building production-grade apps.
• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend practices.
• Proven experience designing, building, and scaling APIs (GraphQL and REST).
• Backend development with Node.js, TypeScript, and SQL (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Experience with modern monorepos (Nx, Turborepo, Yarn Workspaces).
• Strong data modeling and database design experience, ideally PostgreSQL.
