Senior Full Stack Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and evolve shared platform foundations (auth, identity, access).
• Hands-on senior engineer across the stack with Vue.js and Rails.
• Design secure sign-in experiences and platform services.
• Lead architecture of secure, scalable full-stack systems.
• Improve auth flows, SSO compatibility, and session boundaries.
• Create reusable patterns and tooling to raise security and DX.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant professional experience shipping production software end-to-end.
• Strong frontend and backend experience; Vue.js and Rails preferred.
• Experience with platform or shared systems serving multiple teams.
• Deep understanding of authentication/authorization: SSO, sessions, access control.
• Designing reusable APIs and internal abstractions.
• Operational mindset: monitoring, alerting, rollout planning, incident response.
• Mentoring teammates and communicating tradeoffs.
